Linden Advisors is focused on providing high caliber financial advisory services to emerging growth public and private companies in the technology area.

Linden Advisors was founded in July, 2001 by Gaurang Desai. Prior to Linden Advisors, Gaurang was a senior banker with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and headed their e-commerce investment banking practice. Before Deutsche Banc, Gaurang was a Managing Director in the Technology Group with Montgomery Securities (now called Banc of America Securities). Prior to his investment banking career, Gaurang spent six years with McKinsey & Company working with technology companies on a broad range of strategic and senior management issues.

Based in the Silicon Valley, Linden Advisors serves clients across the world.
